Having just created the new promo tunes for Nokia, Oakley and Vodafone, Chieftown head out of London for an explosive gig at Paigntons newest live venue, The Lighthouse on the seafront. Shifting their pop punk tunes through our 10k rig the guys will be supported by local hero’s the Iconyx and Le Chat Noir. Learn to dance latin style to Salsa, Reggaeton and Cuban music.
You don’t need a dance partner if you don’t have one! Dancing is a great way to reduce stress and improve energy. So come down THIS SATURDAY at The Lighthouse.

Rockabilly Night!
The Lighthouse is a not for profit music venue for young people.
Everybody involved in this event will be contributing their talents for free and all money raised will be going straight back into the project.
The aim of this event is to introduce the Rockabilly genre of music to young people who may not have heard it before and will also be a fun night for people of all ages who already love the music and lifestyle.
The evening will begin with an informal jive and stroll class. Don’t worry it’s easy, there are no complicated steps involved it’s just FUN! Plus there will be FREE cupcakes for everyone taking part!
We have confirmed djs Bop Cat Bri and Alleycat Dave, who is only 15! But anybody else that wants to come along and help will be welcome.
PLUS in their debut gig we have a very young band ‘BACKHAND’ who will be playing a unique mix of Rockabilly, surf, garage and maybe a touch of punk.
Please come along and support this event if you possibly can, it’s about time we had an exciting young Rockabilly scene happening here. Fresh back from The Rockabilly Rave, I can tell you that’ it’s happening everywhere else!
